I needed a copy of receipt to be mailed since I have moved. But kim was very rude and refused to check if she could see the receipt in the system. She said only option to check is going there in person. I have been going to other inova urgent care and never received this kind of stupid and rude service

Horrible experience, took our young son in with flu like symptoms to get checked out and make sure he didn't need any treatment, after waiting a short time in the lobby as we checked in via online before arriving, we were very clear with staff and nurse who cared for us my son was autistic, he usually doesn't do well with the whole lungs, ear and throat, but he did surprisingly well, the nurse saw his short attention span starting to creep up and assured us the doctor will he with us shortly.we understand these things take time, with very few people that we saw in waiting room and back area, We waited in the room for over an hour and fifteen minutes before the doctor came in, once he did the check was short and good news but the doctor seemed very out of it and took a long time to finish sentences,and kept asking himself"what was I going to ask you". Very unhappy and dissatisfied with our visit will not be returning or recommending that location. The only plus side was many good restaurants next door.

INova Urgent Care - Vienna is horrible. They don't care for your urgent medical needs. My Dad came in for an eye infection. Because of COVID, they took all the precaution which was great, but their follow up is horrendous. Dr Reema Asif Chaudri treated my dad and NEVER called in the prescription. The whole purpose of going to URGENT care is because your need relief URGENTLY, a word this doctor and establishment don't understand. My dad had to endure the pain for an entire night until the office opened again at 8am the next day for me to call and ask them where the prescription was ? Ridiculous.

They have something weird going on right now. If it’s that serious and they can’t handle it shut down while this COVID is going on. If not it’s urgent care so act like it.

Beware the your personal information will be shared with outside companies or institutions. I filled out a form for a dog bite, next thing I know I am getting g calls from the health department and animal control. They both had information that was shared only in a conversation and not put on the required form. Who knows - You could trip on a your wife’s shoes and end up with a domestic violence call - scary
