I attempted to book with this company and, unfortunately, they were fully booked for the day of my event. However, Lynn (I assume the owner), went above and beyond to try to get me in touch with another vendor who could help. Talk about customer service!!! So, although I did not get to use them for my event I am very confident that they are a company that will do good work and make every effort to make the customer happy. I DEFINITELY plan to use them for my next event. Sadly, it's rare to get this kind of customer service these days and when you have a vendor that does go out of their way like this I think they should be applauded. Thank you Lynn and I look forward to being able to use your services for another event. UPDATE: I booked this company for my son's birthday party and I was not disappointed! They did GREAT work! I got compliments from the parents saying it was the best face painter they had seen at a kids party and I agree 100%!
