We came in with little to no expectations about what they could do for us switching over from Verizon because we had so many phones and open leases with them but they were able to not only lower our bill by over 100!! They also bought us out of our contract with them paying up to 650 for each phone, got us unlimited service so we don't have to worry about overages, and actually have BETTER SERVICE than we did before! They were all so helpful and great not only would I recommend you check out Sprint but this store in specific was absolutely phenomenal!!! One of the best experiences I have ever had in retail, ever. Thank you guys!

I know this is gonna sound a little strange but my family and I actually had a GREAT time here! They were all so knowledgeable and Iris was fantastic! She was incredibly helpful and honest, helped us move over 3 phones from At&t and we have never been happier with our service and the price we pay is WAY less than what we were paying before. Iris is the best!!
I LOVE this store! They were all so knowledgeable and helpful and even helped keep my children entertained!!! I used to hate going to the cell phone places but they have changed my mind!! Don't try the one in front of the mall, take the extra time to go to this one INSIDE the mall. Trust me you will not regret it!!!
First let me just say that changing phone carriers literally stresses me out so I do not do it often. I’ve been with same carrier for many years but decided to take the leap. Tyler was very help and very accommodating in this transition for me. Huge asset to the company. He most definitely went above and beyond for me. Much appreciated! Thanks again Tyler you were a HUGE help. Hope they pay you well you deserve it! Now let’s see how well their back office customer service will work. If it’s anything like the frontline service I will be one happy customer.
Just came in to ask about what service would be like and how much it would cost and let me say these employees gave me one of the best experiences I have ever had at any store EVER. They were all so knowledgeable and friendly I highly recommend this store and will be sending all my friends and family to this location ONLY!! Great experience!!!
