Worst customer service at this store. Should have gone to a different location.

Great customer service when it comes to sales only! Needed some issues resolved and was told to contact customer service support. Waited about 35 minutes to speak to a live operator. When I explained my issues and told representative that I was just in this T-mobil store, she couldn't understand why this store could not assisted my issues. Customer service is not all about sales and making money!!! Wake up guys!!!
