We needed new phones as our iPhone 6's needed to be upgraded. Mark and crew were fantastic and very helpful. I switched back to Android but my wife got the new iPhone 12. One of the best experiences in retail that we can remember. We will always rely on Mark and crew in the future for all phone technology questions. Happy Holidays to the best crew ever!

Mark was beyond helpful when I came in today. I needed a new screen protector for my iPhone, and he installed it for me and everything - but he didn’t stop there... I ended up saving over 400/year after he dug into my account and found ways to save me money. I came in to spend money and ended up saving! There’s definitely not a better Verizon store anywhere around here. I’ve been to them all and they’ve never gone above and beyond in trying to help me and give me everything I need and more. My family and I hate the process of upgrading phones because it's usually so confusing and we always feel like we come out paying more than anticipated and not understanding the charges! She anticipated what I needed to activate the phone and met me outside of the Verizon store.
