Competent but not spectacular. During the time of Covid, it was nice to find the big, empty patio. The menu looks good but the execution is ho hum. I’ve eaten Vietnamese food in Saigon, other Vietnamese cities, London, New York, San Francisco, Paris etc. The fruit drinks are good. The coffee was disappointing
