In the times of e-commerce and digital India ,where the PM urges digital banking ,The Vikarabad SBI branch is a disgrace. Customers are left to the mercy of staff whose banking acumen is highly questionable. People are being made to run from pillar to post each passing the onus onto the next counter.After an hour long wait in a line were informed that cash cannot be accepted to make a demand draft and forced to swipe a card several times. Staff unaware of the workings of the card system nor adept at computer operations. Later Mr.Vijay Kumar the DBM has an irrelevant argument regarding how he ought to be addressed and demanded being called sir! Kind sir the British have left an era ago but you still yearn for their false colonial lineage. Snap out of it SBI or soon you will stand no where when it comes to the ease and practicality that the current world looks for in a bank.

Very big queue lines for any type of transactions on all days. Only single window counter for cash deposits. Nearly takes 2hours to do any transactions here.
