What is there not to love! I personally attend two boot camp classes per week, Will is a fantastic trainer, if you are thinking of joining a new exercise class this is the only place I would recommend .... Be fit and fabulous with Viking!

Having been nervous to start Bootcamp, I finally did! And I'm glad I did. Each session is challenging but can be adapted to meet you where you're currently at fitness-wise. Training alongside a great group of other 'Bootcampers' is fun too, with Will, an enthusiastic trainer, guiding us.

I've been doing bootcamp since January, and I am surprised by my results compared to my last bootcamp fit test 8 weeks ago. My press ups in 60s has improved by 10, my single bounce skipping time has increased to 1min 15secs from 30s (before I tripped over the rope!) My plank time is now over the 2 minute mark and my wall squat has more than doubled!!! I think it's safe to say that increasing from one to two sessions a week is really starting to show! I can't recommend Will and Viking fitness enough.

Great class, perfect times for a busy job etc! It's very personal too with a good mix of abilities. Would recommend to any wanting to get fit or loose weight.

Started the 'get fit' package a couple of weeks ago now as I wanted to get fit after having my baby. I'm really enjoying the variation in the workouts during my personal training sessions. The boot camp classes are also a fun way to exercise as part of a group. Will does push me to my limits though! But I guess that's the point, as I don't think I would be able to push myself this much. I'm already seeing results which is the best thing!

Viking Fitness is a great place to work out. The Bootcamp classes vary each week to keep it interesting but always challenging! I have to credit both Will and Ryan for getting me back into shape through personal training sessions last year, and now I'm hooked! Be warned - you will be pushed to your limits, but you will enjoy it!

Viking Fitness is a friendly place to get fit. It doesn't matter if you are an athlete or starting on your fitness improvement, they will support you regardless to achieve your goals. Will and Ryan are excellent trainers and know how to get the best out of you, making sure that sessions are varied and fun, no repetitive routines! I would fully recommend Viking Fitness.

I go to boot camp three times per week and I absolutely love it! A mix of classes from circuit training to boxercise, it never gets boring! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve their fitness!
