WARNING You owe it to yourself and your case to look elsewhere for legal representation. This review is written solely for the purpose of preventing you from missing out on achieving the maximum return for your case. The foundations of my mother's unfortunate experience with this firm include incompetence, un-professionalism, lack of communication and a non existent desire to fight for their client. Paperwork errors resulting in multiple re-work/re-write/re-sign/re-submissions, led to meaningless extensions, wait times and case delays. Office staff and legal team seemed disconnected and lacked a consistency in messages, needs, schedules and priorities. A case, which had a clear security camera video exposing the entire incident, was drawn out for 2 years. Ultimately ending with a pressured low ball settlement, that this firm deemed the best that can be done. It is apparent in both case history and the local legal community, that settlements are seemingly the norm when up against this firm. As there is an underlying lack of desire to fight in court. The results: 48% of the settlement went to my still injured mother. While 52% went to the law firm and under qualified medical representatives required to be used by this firm. Tread cautiously.
