We were so disappointed with our function held here. We had heard good reviews from people who had attended dinner dances here before so we decided to book our function. The place was freezing and after repeated requests to turn the heat up it was still cold so most guests had their coats on the whole time. Not all kids received their meals after I'd made a detailed list of how many per table, they ran out of dessert so one table received a bowl of ice cream each instead of the paid for profitteroles and cannoli, an hour before our function finished a staff member announced all kids had to go to their seats so the band could set up instead of telling me so I could tell the kids myself. The function was embarassing. I left feedback but heard nothing back. Never again - there were over 100 people who attended so that's alot of business V.A won't be getting again.
