Unfortunately, the experience was not as exquisite as someone could expect. The atmosphere, the villa and the view are indeed things that deserve to be acknowledged and mentioned as reasons to check out the place. However, the quality of the food is average and the client service has a plenty of downsides. I would, however, recommend checking out the place for its architecture and interior design. Please do not order crispy zucchini and if you do, please do not expect them to be crispy as they are listed on the menu as in the end this is not the way the dish is prepared/served.

Favorite place in Varna. Perfect location in the sea garden with great view over the sea. Calm, not overcrowded. Delicious food and excellent service. Sometimes there is also lovely music. Very good wine list and menu. I strongly recommend the steaks!
Awful management!!! Awful service. It seemes that they have new manager who does not have required experience to be in that position. We had a reservation for a small wedding there that they had forgotten about so we had to stand and wait for them to gather tables, our given special bottles of drinks were served at other wedding, many mistakes were made by the manager in charge. During the whole stay at Villa Burov if we wanted to order anything we had to stand from the table and go to the bar to find anyone responsible for that duties as waitress or manager. They delayed our meals for about 1-2 hours. Finaly they overcharged our check with a couple of not delivered orders so be careful when come the time for payment. If you do not observe the miatakes immediately you cant find the manager anymore. The staff will tell you that the manager will not be in the restaurant in the next 2 hours, so you will not be able to complain about anything. Last but not least - I DO NOT RECOMMEND that reataurant to you unless they recruit new MANAGER (they have to release the current Female MANAGER - she did not want to tell me her Name). Afterall we had to wait for everything, our ordered many was also not served as spoken and shown again...We are very dissapointed in the management of the place.

AVOID! We waited 3 (!!!) hours for small, tasteless portions of mediocre food. The explanation was \we're full\ which is understandable if you wait for an hour, but three hours?! Come on! On top of everything it was a birthday! Maybe it's not always like that, but do you really wanna risk it? Even without the wait, the food was mediocre at best. To top it all off, one of us ordered one type of fish and was given a completely different fish, without any explanation, or appology. He was forced to eat it as he was starving, since it was already 11 pm and we were there since 8:30!!! Also this is the most overpriced place I've been to in the last five years and I go to a lot of overpriced places. There are a lot of way better places in Varna. Eat somewhere else. Please never go here. This place is making a shame of Burov's legacy!
