RGV Villa Homes built our beautiful custom made home. The entire process was a 5 star rating ️ ️️️️. Villa Homes salesmen did a great job helping us find a lot in the city chosen. The architect met with us to create our floor plan for our dream home. He customized every little detail in our beautiful home. The designer was absolutely wonderful! She guided us in choosing the best selection of light fixtures, tile, paint colors, etc. She had the best modern ideas to compliment our style of home. Our project manager did a great job checking our home everyday and keeping us updated on the process. Last but not least, I want to thank everyone who was part of this amazing and beautiful project. We absolutely love our home. Thank you to all the Villanueva Family for being part of this amazing project and for not only being there for us as customers but as friends. ️

Villa Homes RGV went above and beyond during my experience with them. All Villa Homes staff are very professional and courteous with every stage of the building process you go through. Ever heard the term “wedding planner” well with Villa Homes you get the “Home Designer/Planner” experience while in the process in building your home. However, DO NOT expect these generous individuals to do your homework for you. What do I mean by that? Keep in mind Villa Homes is here to build your dream home with YOUR way of design. It is the customer’s job to know and have an idea what they want in their home. Villa Homes designed several floor plans without any hassles during my experience. I was uncertain in some aspects but Villa Homes did not leave me alone until we confirmed our final plan. Unlike other company’s, Villa Homes does not do what they prefer, they do the job based on your likings. This company is not a false advertised business, what you see is what you get. There’s no “hidden fees” no “hidden scams”, what you see in advertisement is what you get. You are not left alone with Villa Homes, you are guided from start to finish. A year has past and I’m enjoying my new home. This company honors you even after they have closed your home and the project is finished. A year later, Villa Homes staff has followed through with questions and replacements that I have needed with no questions asked. Couldn’t have chose a better company to build my dream home. Last but not least, know that when building with VIlla Homes that their is countless of homes being built while your in the process therefore, the time of your home being completed may not be in a quick matter of months. The time they give you is estimated, everyone wants their house to be built right away, but that is based on your qualifications with your lender etc. The faster you move, the faster the process gets started.
From day one of our journey, Miss Vanessa was such a great help. I always had so many questions and not once did she hesitate to assist. Every detail was taken very seriously and only quality work was delivered. As a first time home buyer, Villa Homes was with us every step of the way.
