Don’t just drive by this place! If you need work done at a place that feels “honest”, then this is the place for you! We are so happy with the professionalism from this store. We worked with Xavier, the Manager, to take care of our needs and getting us the best price to Mike who is so helpful with the questions we had. We bought a very used Chrysler Town and country and we’ve been putting repairs into it as we’ve been able to and we’ve been trying to find a reliable place. This is it for us!

I’ve been coming to this CarX for about a year now and every time I walk in I feel welcomed and cared for. The guys that work here are amazing. They stop at nothing to make sure that you understand your car, everything going on with it, and how to maintain everything going on with it. The manager, Roberto, informed me that my brakes were wearing out and told me how long it would be until they were completely worn out. Ivan, one of the guys in the shop explained to me the severity of getting your brakes replaced PROPERLY. Daniel, one of the other guys in the shop hopped right to it and got them switched out and cleaned up faster than I’ve ever seen. These guys really aim to please. I recommend everyone to come here to have all their car needs taken care of.
Much more than just a good first impression... When I first spoke to Mike on the phone, I knew that I would feel comfortable handing my keys over to him. I appreciated his honesty and candor before the work began. And I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, efficiency and peace of mind afterwards. Shop management Mike even took the time to place a follow up call to me, just to ensure that everything was operating fine. That's service that's above and beyond.
I was driving home and heard a flapping on my tire. My dad said go straight to the shop, same one we always go to. So I zoomed it over and was greeted by Mike! He is so super friendly and kind! He kept me updated on my wait, which wasn't long, he also updated me on the status of my truck. I had a massive screw digging into my tire! But he assured me it was repairable and I would be serviced soon. He remembers my dad, which I thought was amazing. Shows he pays attention to his customers! Very happy with my first trip here without my dad and very happy with Mike. He is very kind, professional and funny! Felt at ease and definitely know we come to the right shop for my truck's needs. Awesome experience, been here 3 times and I always get best customer experience I’ve ever had with a car place all thanks to Robert! Ask for Danny, he’s the only one that takes care not to damage my car when on the lift! Also the bathroom is implacable!
