Just brought my kids here for the first time today. We had a dentist in Lombard that recently closed and I saw the reviews for here online so gave it a shot and so happy we did! The staff is so beyond friendly even from the phone call before hand setting the appointment all the way to the visit they were so nice and down to earth. It was clean and so cute i even got a tour while i was there! They were so amazing interacting with the kids and very good at explaining everything to me and laying out my options instead of pushing me to get certain things done. Very pleased with them so far and excited to continue here.

I took my son here for orthodontic treatment two years ago and he just had his braces removed about three weeks ago. In my honest opinion the entire journey was amazing. Each and every appointment was hassle free, with very short wait times. Although I didn’t interact with Dr Chawla often, he always made my son and I feel at ease. The office is always in immaculate condition, and very cozy. His staff is very friendly and I need to give a huge shoutout to DEBBIE who unfortunately no longer works there. But she went above and beyond for me when I needed a last minute appointment to have my sons braces removed and have a retainer made on a Friday! She made it happen all last minute! By Saturday morning, I had gone and picked up my sons retainer and his flight left that night. I don’t understand any of the 1 star reviews...Dr Chawla offers great payment plans and his prices are amazing (remember, you get what you pay for!)

The people that work here are amazing. Tiffany and Debbie at the front desk are very welcoming and friendly. They are all kind and helpful. Dr Chawla is an amazing Orthodontist and Mina, what an awesome dental assistant. The office is also very clean and modern/comfortable. I highly recommend this office. They also have an office in Westmont that we sometimes have appts at and they are just as great.
