I asked this agent twice for a honor roll form and neither Dan de la Cruz nor Fabian Ocamp responded or followed through. Do not give them your money. Switched agents and I am so much happier dealing with someone who actually cares about me as a customer.

I spoke to Fabian first over the phone and he was knowledgeable and patient explaining details and the reasoning behind it. He never pushed any other product but at least informed me they had those services. Ive been with state farm for at least half of my life but with differnet agencies. They we're definitely cheaper than Progressive Insurance Geico insurance and many others with better coverage. Thankful for the

I went in this location to cancel my auto coverage. I was told that everything was all set. Later next month I got over 500 charged from state farm. They charged me because I had signed up for autopay and autopay was still on file. I got frustrated because I was covered by progressive and not statefarm anymore. At time with cancellation with statefarm they failed to cancel my autopay or warn me of this situation. I called statefarm and was told that they had to "fight" for my money back. I only recieved about 90 back from the 500 that was withdrawn from my account. This location did not attend me nicely or provide me helpful information.
