Ejector pump went out and James came out first thing in the morning. I had to leave so it wasn't fixed right away. Steve came out later and fixed it 1,2,3. Was very knowledgeable, quick and clean. Will definitely use again!

We contacted RPM (the owner Gina) in July to service our furnace/ac unit after a flood. A technician came out and did a wellness check on the furnace (charged us 120 for the visit) and gave us a clean bill of health. When turning on the furnace this week, it is blowing cold air. We promptly contacted Gina again, and were told they need to charge us again because the technician is no longer working for the company and both he and Gina didn't take \good notes\ so there is no history on what was done with the furnace. Just ridiculous as we just paid for a \wellness check\ back in July and due to their bookkeeping challenges they do not stand behind their work. DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!
