Your techs explained all work that was preformed on checking the furnace , boiler, and hot water tanks at both homes. During service, I notice that they continued to vacuum and clean the basement area . After completed furnace and boiler areas were spotless and since I just sealed and painted the basement floor, there wasn’t a nick or scratch to be found. They explained the pros and cons of future installation of a new furnace too if needed . So glad we found a reliable and a office who calls ahead to verify our appointment and when techs will be arriving. The Cook Family

Although they are quick to respond and competent the prices charged are beyond unreasonable. We had to have a hot surface ignitor switch replaced and it cost 323 total with labor/service call fee meanwhile I've gotten quotes for half the amount from other companies. We used them in an emergency but would not again.

I was relieved to discover Service Express because they specialize in radiant floor heating. They came out the day of the polar freeze when I had a problem. They replaced my 70 year old boiler this Fall. They are responsive, fair and smart. I'm glad I found them.
