First time purchasing paint at a high end store. I was happy I got to use a coupon, that is what got me in there. Once here I was impressed at all the colors and supplies. The paint went on nicely and a huge bonus was it did not smell like paint. I appreciated that.

Site said it was open till 7pm. It's not. Door says open till 5pm. Obviously don't care about customers needs to update site information. Always put of stuff. Go somewhere else.

Shampoo Doesnt taste as good as it smells

Super friendly staff, nice selection of paint too. They've got the whole rainbow and more. They've also got some paint supplies like tape and rollers. They've also got spray paint. They mix your paint right there so you can get the best color possible. Overall pretty good.

The first guy helping was absolutely no help and kind of rude for someone in customer service. They couldn't find the account I was trying to use, so there was a crazy difference in price. I asked him how hard it would be to make an account and he tells me not hard, but it's not an established account. I asked him why I shouldn't just go to Home Depot to avoid all the pricing B.S. His response was that it would be about the same price and he smiled smugly again. His smug smile almost made me leave to go to Home Depot, but I diddn' t have the time. Buying 500-600 worth of paint and getting told there is about 100 difference due to this account means I won't be back. It took me about 40 minutes just to get through the pricing and trying to get this guy to pour the mid grade paint. I had less hassle buying my last car....wow! This is the 3rd time that I've been in the last two years and I feel like they're sort of rude every time. There is no excuse for being rude or acting smugly especially, if someone is buying 500-600 worth of paint. I'll be going to Home Depot or somewhere else in the future to avoid this sales game.
