Vienna and her staff are the ONLY people I would trust with my insurance needs. My entire family, 3 generations of us use them. It's like they've actually become part of the family. We had a loss and Vienna was there the very next day with life insurance payment, she was at the service and everything. Never have I EVER seen that kind of dedication and attention!! 3 years ago I called to see if I had flood insurance in my basement because it got wet and ruined my carpet. I had no flood coverage and paid for the carpet myself out of my own pocket. Vienna did nothing to fix the problem and it is on my insurance score as a claim. I have since moved to Tennessee which American Family Insurance does not cover and I am stuck paying a lot extra on my homeowners insurance. I had American Family Insurance for 36 years and they and Vienna Peterson really suck. Thanks for nothing. Also if you leave Illinois American Family Insurance does not cover most states so you will be like starting over which was not too cool either.
