15 min. to cross the strait, almost an hour for waiting. With that waiting time one might as well swim across. You can throw their published schedule in a bin. It was definitely not every 20 min. Last time I was on a big ferry with an opened desk. This time it was a passenger ship, no vehicles and the passengers had to stay in the cabin looking the view through strained windows. 2,5 a ticket.

Super long wait, nobody is sure when the ferry will leave, disorganised, so many things that could be improved. Like a possibility to purchase a ticket without having to leave the car. And the pricing is weird. If you go back the same day, round-trip is 33. If you go back in a week - 65. Why?

well organized waiting area and ticketing for the ferry. Helpful staff. Every ferry crossing is an enjoyable experience, so in waiting for ferry to come you prepare yourselves for that trip. On the trip you enjoy beautiful view of the shores.

Didn't like it. I have hearing problems and it was impossible for me to hear what the lady was saying behind the glass. Then she turned the speaker volume up to max, and it was so distorted I still couldn't understand a word. Then she made fun of me to her colleague.... Sells tickets, though!

This is the Italian state ferries company. And it's CHEAPER than Caronte & Tourist! It makes no sense Google maps recommends to drive to Caronte & Tourist.
