Naturally, when a beloved pet is ill, it's never a happy experience...but the entire staff at Village East certainly helps to make it more bearable...and Dr. Jill has definitely earned her nickname, \the cat whisperer\. I just feel blessed to know that my old kitty is getting the best care possible...and they are also very good at doing things in a way that keeps everyone safe during the COVID 19 pandemic! It's just a great place to take your fur babies for health care & I'm glad I found it!

Very friendly staff, quick service, and quality animal care. You can make your appointment online which was nice. Upon arrival I only had to wait a few minutes before getting a room. The nurse and doctor were commitment and were quick to provide care. Check ups and vaccines were very reasonably priced. Will definitely come back.

As usual, the visit was very helpful. Dr. Kemp carefully explained the results of her exam and provided us with the information we needed to make a decision about next steps to take. The staff was very friendly and helpful, too.

My dog was at daycare and got into a spat with another dog and got hurt badly. They were the 4th vet I called as her vet's office was closed. They weren't going to work her in at first till I was very insistent. They agreed and once they saw her and realized how badly she was hurt, they jumped right in and took great care of my baby girl. Very professional and kept me informed informed every step of the way. They took great care of her and I'm very appreciative. Thank you Village East Animal Hospital.
