Idk if I caught the staff on a bad day, but wow I was taken back on how the staff treated new customers. I started asking questions and apparently it really started to annoy the guys behind the counter. Kinda put me off from butcher shops, so I guess I'll look at other places in town.
Purchased jerky for a road trip. Excellent! I didn't expect it to be spicy, but it's worth the burn.
Great place! They have a really good selection of meats and it all tastes much fresher than grocery store meat... even compared to Lunds.
We really appreciate the integrity and legitimacy of Village Meats in the often pretentious wayzata community. These guys do it right and have done it consistently for many years! Great value and fresh selection with knowledgeable staff!
