I am an independent stylist, I have chosen to work as a stylist within the salon of this facility. I am not payed by the facility, I am a direct employee to the residents, and want to give an honest review of this facility from within. The residents are so well taken care of. The staff is composed of loving employees full of character. The boss is truly involved in each resident's life. She is a truly caring and kind woman who works nonstop to offer the best to her residents.The facility is very clean, and the cleaning ladies visit personally with the residents giving them the chance to ask for personalized room care that fits their needs above and beyond the basics. The staff all work wonderfully as a team with an attitude of \Let's make it great together no matter what it takes.\ The residents get lots of daily attention, help with all basic tasks daily, a chance to visit the salon for haircare anytime they want to by appointment, good meals, snacks anytime, assistance night or day, lots of one on one attention, and a staff that is super understanding and willing to do what ever it takes to help. The facility is also beautiful and relaxing with the fireplace in lobby during the cold season and four enclosed courtyards, even one for memory care residents to enjoy. Personalized activities and fellowship are the truly the core of this facility. I could not work for a facility that didn't give the best care to these deserving folks. But I am happy to say that in the almost year I've worked here I have been consistently impressed daily. This is good care and comfort at its best.

Village on the Park Bentonville was the absolute Best Place for my mom. We visited every assisted living place in Rogers and Bentonville and Village on the Park was heads above every place else. We first visited places unannounced to get the Real Picture. Both Roger's and Bentonvile Village on the Park, were clean, had professional and caring people, excellent nutritious meals, and a nice assortment of programs and social activities . They even make sure my mom and dad get to their doctors appointments in their wheelchair accessible bus. Village on the Park Bentonville has an outstanding staff that truly care about their residents. After caring for my parents for 18 months, it gives my heart such peace to see them getting their emotional, physical, spiritual and social needs met by the amazing team at Village On the Park who work in unison from the top down to create a wonderful place to live.
