My salesperson, Anna P., was very helpful, pleasant and professional. She answered all my questions, went above to provide detailed pictures to reach a commitment remotely as the dealership was a hour drive. Upon delivery, the car and deal was ready as promised. Brittany did a nice job preparing and explaining the paperwork and warranty options. Only issue was due to tech team installation of new and faster document printers that caused some delay. Nice hospitality with free drinks and snacks helped pass the time and avoid becoming hangry ;) Overall, Village delivered a good customer experience and great value.

My service tech was Scott Ketchum. He was very courteous and thorough. However, I was promised the work would be done and I would be out in 1 hour 15 minutes. More like 2 hours 15 minutes. I had declined certain work so I would not be there 2 hours. I got less done and it took longer. That was not acceptable.

Our experience in buying our last two Avalons through Corey have both been excellent. While we had to wait a considerable time to receive our latest Avalon, that had nothing to do with the professionalism we experienced in dealing with Corey. He went well out of the way in explaining features of the new Avalon and setting up our phones, music, car door opener, etc. on the day we picked up the car. Similarly, he worked all avenues to ensure we got the exact Avalon configuration we requested. Kudos to him.
