The absolute worst experience while traveling. And, I travel a lot! I was charged a drop fee, even though my booking clearly stated o hidden fees\ o additional charges\ \all required taxes and fees included\ \confirmed final total\ and had the exact specifics and locations clearly listed. This is a classic bait and switch location, where they wait until you are at their mercy and then ruin your vacation by holding you hostage because all of your travel plans count on having a car and a last-minute booking with another company would cost even more. I am pursuing legal action. I will never use National again at any location and I would strongly advise against using this particular location REGARDLESS of what your agreement/booking/etc promises. It won't matter once you arrive and you'll be forced to go back to the airport (not close), pay huge last-minute booking fees elsewhere, or be squeezed for 300 extra dollars. I also failed to mention above that this location also charged me for two extra days on my final bill that I did not have the car! They were randomly added to my final emailed invoice that I received after getting home.

They dont have a counter in the airport, eventhough they knew i was coming i had to call them to pick me up. Had me waiting 20 mins outside with the mosquitos.

One of the worst experiences. I booked a car by what's up chat with the office worker. When I came to take my car, they told me, sorry I can't see your reservation, maybe my colleague didn't insert it into the system. We do not have any cars now. Thank you for ruining my day and my trip. Una de las peores experiencias. Reservé un auto por whatsapp chat con el oficinista. Cuando vine a tomar mi auto, me dijeron, lo siento, no puedo ver su reserva, tal vez mi colega no la insertó en el sistema. Ahora no tenemos coches. Gracias por arruinar mi día y mi viaje.

Quede satisfecho realmente con el vehículo que rente, el servicio que da la chica que atiende en recepción es de excelencia, sin lugar a duda, regresare a rentar nuevamente otro vehículo.

Muy buen servicio. La gran ventaja es que puedes reservar en su página e incluso prepagar, además de tener una sucursal en el periférico de vhsa lo cual lo hace muy accesible. El vehículo que me asignaron en excelente estado y todo muy bien afortunadamente. La atención muy buena, te explican todo y te atienden en buen tiempo. Recomendable.
