We stayed here for a week in April 2019. The weather was not the best, but had something to do which every nature/sea lover will appreciate: the possibility to admire the sea, in all of its diversity, directly from the large window in the living room. The view and location are the main selling points of this villa. I asked 2 times Stefano whether the view on one of the pictures was really from this apartment in the villa. It was, and rather than me going on and on about it, just look at some pictures taken from there. The small beach is shared with just a couple other similar villas and is beautiful. I wish we could really jump into the water, but this year April was kind of cold. The owner, Stefano, is a pleasant host. Very reliable and correct person. I made a mistake and transferred a hundred euro more than the price indicated - he returned it to me without any issues.

We had a wonderful stay here with family. Great sea view, private beach, birds singing, fresh air there. Great location, easy access to the city and other wonderful beaches: Notteri, Solanas, Rice beach and so on. The house is good equipped and has everything you need for quiet relax. The owner - Stefano - was affable and responsive throughout our stay. I’m sure we will back here some years later. It was a pity to leave this place!
Just as the previous writers we can just recommend the accommodation. Directly located to the sea (just 2 stairs, approx. 50m) with a private beach. Since the other beaches around villasimius can get really crowded this was a very important fact for us, since we've spent 4 weeks there as family w/2 little Children (5years and 7 months) that need their naps in the afternoon. Everything else (contact, organization, baby-bed, etc.) was also perfect. we will definitely come again!
I have spent several summer in this unique spot with my family and enjoyed really a lot for its beauty, its quietness and its being right on a private beach few steps from the living room. If you like to spend your holidays on a beach away from all, I strongly recommend it to you!
This was by far our best week sent in Italy. Beautiful villa, placed right on the beach, surrounded by the nature. Number of good restaurants open in Villasimius (10min ride by car), even during mid April season. By the way, in mid-April, the island of Sardegna is beautiful, full of green vegetation and flowers blooming everywhere and not too many tourists. The host, Stefano, was very kind and helpful. We very much hope to be able to return again to this truly heavenly place.
