It is the best. I stayed there for 4 days with my husband and daughter. The service is great, the breakfast buffet provides a lot of variety and what they dont have you can just ask for it. The hotel is impeccable in order and cleanliness. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, comfortable and have everything for your comfort (a mini fridge, closet, safety box, drawers, hair dryer, reading chair w/ light, etc). The staff is available 24/7 and they respond immediately, 10 min max to take whatever u requested. The beds make you want to stay in bed all day, comfortable mattresses, feather duvets, soft pillows and good quality blankets. The pool area is very pretty, the heated pool and jacuzzis are relaxing and towels are provided for the pool. The spa is also worth visiting, got a great massage with a coffee smelling oil and a full body exfoliation. The restaurant food is delicious, good portions, nice presentation, and a wide variety. The hotel is completely worth the money. Next time I'm at villavicencio will definitely stay there again.
