If I could give no stars I would. This accommodation is a disgusting display of bad customer service and I would recommend against staying here. Definately not family friendly and the staff are quite bossy and neglectful and won't let you leave! Villawood is way to secure and guests feel trapped and locked in there own rooms at times! Needs an upgrade of decor and linens are definately not Egyptian cotton! They should employ more cleaning and cooking staff so visitors aren't forced to help! Overall... This accom feels more like a jail and my friend would like to leave immediately as he has alternative accommodation booked.

Free accommodation. Extreamly comfortable cold concrete floors, cool all summer. Bring your own pillow.

When the virus is done, first country on my list to visit, I will make sure I do not have correct visa so I can sample the inhuman attitude by Serco, told it is such an experience, cannot wait. Be buying life insurance in advance too...
