It's a good place. Neat and clear service is moderately fast. It helps that they have a dedicated digital screen to place your order however you need to know what your ordering especially when it comes to the drinks. If it's your first time to the place ask for help when dealing with the drinks dispenser. Its a simple great innovation but needs some breaking into. Their is an animation playing to show you how it works....it's not as accurate as the actual experience but it relays the message on how to operate it. Oh the instructions are in French and afew parts translated. I didn't like the chicken nor the fries in comparison to other KFC's outside the country (Kenya). It was really blunt. I ordered the Seven Ups Mojito and I got water....courtesy of the innovation or my lack of comprehension on how to use the it. All in all good ambience, clean, warm and comfortable. There is free WiFi.

The food is KFC food, no problem there. But you gotta use the machines to order which are not always intuitive. And the actual humans working there seem to all be on their last day, every day
