We were walking around Villerest on a hot mid September day at lunch time. There was a distinct lack of restaurants and bars in the centre. We spotted the Tabac, Bar, Restaurant was open. We went in with limited expectations and sat at a table inside. There are tables outside as well, but the sun and heat persuaded us to sit inside. One woman was running the place, and a few French locals at the bar were drinking Rose. We order Rose and it was delicious, so we ordered another glass each. Being a post office as well, we purchased stamps and posted cards. Also, nice to see people coming and going making their purchases and listening to the guys at the bar. So from low expectations we left happy with a smile on our face.

Soirée du 15 août, bien organisée, bonnes pizzas sur la place devant le bar. Lieu convivial, ambiance chaleureuse. Nous avons passé une bonne soirée !
