EPSO-G controls 96.6 per cent of the Lithuanian natural gas transmission system operator (TSO) AB Amber Grid and 97.5 per cent of the Lithuanian electricity transmission system operator (TSO) LITGRID AB. The mentioned daughter companies, among others, control natural gas exchange UAB GET Baltic and Lithuanian energy exchange UAB Baltpool that have the potential to become regional energy trade platforms. EPSO-G operates with accordance to the principles of transparency, separation of state ownership and state regulation, clearly defined and sustainable objectives, effectiveness, proper realization of shareholder‘s rights. EPSO-G group, including daughter and second-level daughter companies, currently has over 1000 employees.
