Visiting Vils and discovering this brewery in September 2015 was one of the highlights of two weeks spent traveling from Belgium through Germany and Austria to the Czech Republic. I'm a beer lover, and my trip took me through the beer capitals of Europe, but this particular serendipitous find was as memorable as my visit to Westvleteren. The beer was fresh and delicious, and when I wandered into the brewery on a random afternoon everyone was very friendly. I very much look forward to my next opportunity to drink Vilser Brau.

5 Sterne für ein grandioses Bier, das Dunkle, das Weizen, das Helle, der Schwarze Krampalar, nur geil das Bier, das sollte den Weg aus Österreich nach Esslingen/D finden, dann müsste ich nicht immer wieder zum M-Preis nach Pinswang fahren, ein Genuss! Danke!
