My wife and I split up to do some shopping in Palm beach, I (white male) came into the store and was greeted friendly. When my wonderful (black) wife came to meet me in the store, she was not greeted at all and nobody acknowledged her. I could see on the staffs faces they were surprised by her. I put my items back and left. Not going back.

Absolute worst retail experience of my life.
Our favorite location for Vineyard Vines in the Palm Beach area. Every employee is super friendly here. They always are well stocked and have a good selection of sale items too. We were helped by Sophia H. She was super helpful, and always smiling like she really loved her job. We have never had a problem parking on Worth Ave and being able to get to the store with limited parking. I will continue to always shop this location because they are super friendly and make the customer feel special.
Extremely rude staff. They should be ashamed of how they treat customers.
