This is the most loving, friendly, knowledgeable and well-priced vets in the Roanoke Valley. They took excellent care of Izzy (yellow lab) with her diabetes and cancer and amazing care of Maggie (white lab) with her liver disease. They care for all my cats and Daisy (Pointer) as well. I will go nowhere else unless Vinton Veterinary Hospital recommends them.

I'm not trying to be critical here. Just giving constructive criticism. How else can you change without constructive feedback. Our appointment was at 4pm. We arrived at 3:55pm. Attempted to call and check in. It took me 25 tries before the line rang and wasn't busy. By this time it was 4:18pm. Only to be put on hold for a few more minutes. This is horrible. Now it is 4:30 pm and we are still waiting for someone to come out and get our dog. They just got the dog. It's 4:40pm. Even my Carilion Doctors office is faster than this!
