Newly built rope train with sitting capacity of around 40 person. Frequently within 5 minutes. I had used many Rodeway but its new experience. Loving it.

Virar is very proud to have installed the second Funicular train service in Maharashtra! Very useful facility, benefiting the Senior Citizens and Physically Challenged people especially. Visiting Jivadani Mata Temple is much easier for everyone because of this project, which takes you to the ground floor of the Temple building. One can take stairs further. Lift facility is available for Senior Citizens and PC people, which directly takes them to the Mandir Hall Gabhara! It costs Rs.200 Per person for the return trip which is quite economic considering the benefits. Children below 3Ft get to ride the train forward free, while no other concession is offered to the rest of the pilgrims. Try it once

Very nice place to visit with family. Took darshan of Jivdani Mata and had a look from the Vira Dongar (mountain). The ticket of ropeway is 200 per person. Up and down the way it's two hundred per person. You must take your water bottle with you while going up way from ropeway. There's also mahaprasad available which cost rupees 15 per person. It's till 3 o'clock only in the afternoon. The information mentioned might vary according time and decision of the Mandir (Temple) Trust.

The rope train is much more comfortable and easier than lifts. It is just a little too expensive than required being 200 per person where it was said would be not more than 60.
