Worst service center Experience I have ever came across in my entire life. Never buying any Samsung product again. Issue: submitted Galaxy Note10 (80,000) phone for Power and screen issue, even after 1 month they were not able to repair my phone and after I asked for refund or coupon for similar value they rejected my request. I am fed-up might file complaint against em in Consumer court Also they never pick up your calls.

Clean & Tidy Place. Good sitting arrangement. They have a coupon system when you enter on your left hand side you get a coupon machine where you have to take out coupon if any staff is not available. Staff is helpful but a lil confused, Mostly the front staffs who are handling the counter... They give you Samsung Authentic Price for repairing, which I am sure is familiar with everybody...

Well I had two experiences here. One was good one was too bad. When I submitted my c7 pro for display change they told me it will be done in 7 days. But later they told it can't be done as there are no parts for changing. But when I go there to take my mobile back they said the mobile is not done as I didn't come to service centre.and the part which they ordered was given to another customer. Not good at all.
