Good and wide variety of items from electonics to vinyls to all sorts of strange and weird nick nacks. Have a wide book selection as well. However, most things are very expensive when compared to other shops that offer similar products (Almost 3 times as much). Mainly good for finding rare imported items that you can't readily find anywhere else. Update: Wanted to also mention the staff are very friendly and helpful, and don't stalk you while browsing around
Friendly and helpful staff, great selection of computer and phone gear. Book section is pretty decent, but larger selection is nearby at Antoine within the ABC Department store (level 2).
This is not my first time in virgin megastore at ABC ASHRAFIEH , and it wasn't that pleasant AT ALL . No customer service, no one from the employees have any information about the products, no product information provided to me when asked , no ethical work manners ,and no effort put in Helping me with what I needed . Worst experience I dont recomend this place at all
Quite a bad service when trying to find Arabic books. The employees spent around 10 mns trying to find the book before telling me it's probably sold out. Modern bookshops should have a systematic way to tell whether a book is available or not. Maybe the service is better when it comes to electronics :)
I wrapped my phone about 8 months ago and now i came back to change the front cover with a cost of 5 as i was told I was rejected and told that i dont have the front cover one Telling me that it’s obligatory to bring it I never knew about it or else ill bring it with me. Badd service it cost 5 To change it Rather than losing a customer
I like this place specially the gadget section ... electronic : always missing items
Went there to buy a recharge for my girl fuji camera. Servicr is fast and guys know what you are talking about. I met an old friend (Omar in music department) I just recommend to be a bit more smiley with customers.
