We recently sold our mother’s apartment at Atlantic Shores. Our agent, Erin, was very helpful in managing the entire sale. She provided economical advice on updating the apartment to appeal to buyers and managed every detail. The apartment sold quickly and at near asking price. Very pleased!

Just to share and be a part of their lives is the best gift. The are new residents coming in all the time and I love how the staff all work together to make them feel welcome. My husband and I moved to Atlantic Shores five years ago, we have never regretted that decision. We loved our neighborhood and friends in Kempsville, but Atlantic Shores quickly became \home\ and we have made many new friends. We have been able to take advantage of social and travel opportunities organized by Atlantic Shores Resident Services and no other retirement community could have more helpful, friendly employees than those here.
