I visited Dr. Sullivan due to an abnormal lab, his office was a referral. Worried about what to expect I discovered during my visit I had a genetic syndrome one I never knew of before that visit. Being alarmed by words like disease, syndrome and abnormal my first reaction was tears yet, with the amount of professionalism Mr. Sullivan provided me along with his knowledge and tact I felt comfortable going forward with my planned procedure. I had to let others know of this office I can only imagine the amount of care and prudence Dr. Sullivan conveys to his patients with similar issues or worse than mine that the same discretion care and professionalism are delivered. I was promptly taken to the back. While waiting in the exam room for the practitioner, a tablet with videos regarding various GI problems. The PA came in, listened patiently to my issues, took notes, examined me, consulted the physician. I found PA Cotes to be professional, patient, kind, and thorough. She explained the course of action carefully. The physician came in to introduce herself, and explained the plan of action. It was a visit that I feel will assist me in finding a solution to my problem

I have found him to be a smart, caring physician who communicates well, takes time to make sure you understand, and is conservative in his treatments. His staff are always pleasant and courteous and do a great job in scheduling and expediting your visit. Highly recommend.
