I recently had some cardiac testing at The VCS Forest Ave location. The staff was fantastic! I especially want to commend Kayla and Michelle!!! They took great care of me. They performed with expertise while making me feel comfortable during the entire process! They went the extra mile to ensure I was as comfortable as possible and kept me informed every step of the way! Medical treatment does not get any better than this!!! Thank You!!!

The people there are unprofessional, unreliable, unable to give patients the truth, and the I don’t recommend anyone spend any of their hard, earned money there. I was running late and I called beforehand to see if I needed to reschedule. The phone rep asked the manager who said for me to come anyway. Fast forward, I arrive and have to wait for the receptionist to finish a personal conversation of 5 minutes. I explain to the receptionist that the manager said for me to come. The receptionist calls the manager to ensure that it’s okay to continue with today’s appointment. The manager tells the receptionist that it is. While being checked in, someone comes to say that I need to reschedule my appointment. This goes beyond piss poor customer service. The manager has handled the truth carelessly several times. The receptionist and check in rep looked dumbfounded and probably wanted to say something but didn’t because they didn’t want to lose their jobs. The manager is willing to reschedule the appointment and she NEVER apologized. When I asked for the name of the manager that said for me to come and NOT reschedule, she said the bucks stops here with her. She never admitted to her mistake. AGAIN, she NEVER apologized. Who puts someone in a management role, let alone a regional manager? The person that did make her regional manager should be fired and so should this so-called person that calls themselves a manager. I’ve wasted time. I’ve wasted gas. I’ve put unnecessary wear and tear and mileage on my car. Most importantly, I lost money by taking off when I could have been making money. In order to save future patients this chaos, I suggest NEVER sending patients there. I would NOT recommend this place to my enemy. If it were possible, I would give this place an infinite number of negative stars.

Always have positive interactions with staff at this office from the receptionist and nursing staff. Dr Thomas’ nurse Roberta is always so pleasant and accommodating. My visits with Dr Thomas are always good and to the point. I feel like he respects his patients and always has a sense of humor.

I was very happy with the level of care during my first office visit. Everyone from the receptionist, nurse, appointment scheduler and Doctor made my visit a successful one. They were thorough, knowledgeable and the patient rapport was excellent. Specific tests were ordered and the staff never made me feel rushed. They let me know quickly that I was a member of their patient family. They set specific goals that will improve my overall health and for that I feel I’m on the right track.
