I was told it would be up to 45minutes for a simple oil change which turned into a 1.5 hour long wait. I was then told that my car would be right out front, but they had parked it across the entire parking lot. I feel that there could’ve been more communication around my whole visit. Their pricing it affordable compared to competitors, which was appreciated.

I usually come here for my emissions test and state inspection. Great customer service, the guys know what they’re doing and they don’t push any ‘extras’ on you. Their lounge area is really nice too and I think the ‘mini garage’ is a super cute idea. So grab a green apple, sit down and chill while your car is undergoing some service. VA Tire and Auto rocks.

Great Place! I'm so happy to have found an auto shop that is friendly, professional and trustworthy. They completed the service in a timely matter. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. With that said, I would like to thank Turk for going out of his way to give my daughter a ride home especially late at night. As a mom, It just proves to show that you are a business that cares! Thank you very much. We will always be a loyal customer.
