Always server error, poor response I applied for new gas connection it takes 1month to give connection according to them because all working days are server error. Very nice service
Very good service and excellent customer care.
Worst gas agency.For new connection also repeatedly say same answer as server issue.If server issue persists every time why to open gas agency better to close the agency .No manager is available to report the issue.
Staff not responsive ...
I had submitted my gas transfer document on 14.08.2019, till now (on 12.09.2019) I have not got gas connection document from agency. Always they are telling that server is down. It will take time to do the job.
Delivery too much delay.not committed staff. Phone not answered,if we asked directly they give assurance that delivery will done with in 2 hrs but it will took 2 days
WORST GAS AGENCY I HAVEN'T SEEN SUCH A WORST AGENCY IN MY LIFE .THEY KEEP ON SAYING SERVER ISSUE I DONT KNOW HOW MANY YEARS THIS SERVER GOES OFFLINE NO MANGER TO CONTACT OR TO GIVE COMPLAINT
