The workshop has only one Skilled Mechanic who is capable for attending all the jobs. While attending our car, if any other vehicle comes for the repair, same Mechanic has to leave our car in between to complete the adhoc request of other car. The in-charge sitting at Gajuwaka branch... has least bothered about the customers who is waiting in the 'Q'. He don't even interact with the customers to convey the message about the delays in delivery of car. Disadvantage: The Spare parts are not available at their shop. They have to go and buy from Vizag which will take minimum 6 to 8 hours waiting period. My car has a problem with silencer. It was replaced with new but they had forgotten to change the washers near the coupling. It has again started giving huge noise even after replacing the new silencer due to the washers not replaced near the coupling joint. However, this was done during my second visit to their workshop. Waste of our personal time :-( payment option available only through Phonepe. Google pay is not available. I kept my car at second time for the oil leak near the power steering. This was not observed by the Cantral Car care team during my first visit while replacing the silencer ( I have noticed my self and questioned them) However, given my car at morning 8:00 am. The service coordinator has Verbally committed stating that' he will deliver my car by same day by evening. When I called him at morning 11 am, 1 pm and again at 3 pm, the Hydraulic ramp was busy and my car can't be done today. I have to wait for two days as next day is falling on Sunday. NO COMMITMENT FOR THE DELIVERY OF CAR AS THEY PROMISE !!
