The hospital is undoubtedly the best place in the town. Below are the points which attracted me the most 1. Cleanliness. 2. Covid guidelines , in which only 1 helper is allowed with patient. 3. Cost effective. Unlike other hospitals , this hospital is not greedy about money. Last but effective point Doctor : They treat with utmost patience and will give that human touch which patient requires from Doctor A big big kudos to all the staff members and Doctor My wife is 9th month now. Waiting for my little one

Really a very excellent maternity hospital. I am so happy with Doctors, Nurses and all staff members. They are absolutely following COVID Rules and controlling extra attenders also. Rates are very reasonable. I am so proud to become a mother in this hospital.

One of the best maternity hospital in Visakhapatnam. It deserves 5 stars with out any doubt. Staff and nurses are very caring and helpful. Hospital charges reasonable and sustainable by the ordinary people. The Dr. Kamala has very good experienced doctor. One surprise thing is Hospital staff / Housekeeping did not ask me even a penny for their work. Hospitality is very good and doctor is smiling always. I am so happy that my baby born in this hospital.

The hospital atmosphere and environment is very pleasant, hygienic and very clean, maintains excellent nursing care and good governance, receiving by the front office was very good, services given by the operation manager was very good, the excellent service given by the gynecology and paediatrics doctors, the hospital staff are very nice and polite with the patients I am very happy with the services provided by the hospital

The worst experience I ever had, I don't know how many genuine ratings. My sister suffered a lot for her delivery in this hospital. The staff usually felt themselves as the owners of that building. Not friendly,rude replies, especially night shift woman. They don't deserve as womans... Waiting to see its karma in future.

Rewriting: I gave a 1 star given the responsiveness of the reception staff, changed to 3 stars after I have visited the hospital for over 8 months and admitting my wife. I'm listing the pros and cons below: Pros: Doctors are top-notch and there is no denying; insurance desk is friendly, patient, and approachable. Cons: Nurses/Sisters are rude or at least not friendly and not patient-centric; the reception staff lacks professionalism and not easy to bear their godman like nature; elevator can be used by the patients only (my 60 old parents were forced to take stairs); non-health management as a whole failed terribly. Keep in mind that the postnatal experience (which involves nurses) is a very important contributor to the overall patient experience. This place has the potential to be a great one with soothing and pleasant nurses and receptionists.
