Today I visited the show room ....the staff was very rude and worst sevice given. I hope please try another showroom ..this was very disgusting ....note..BP Patients are more careful to go ...total showroom staff behaviour like ...unty undu pothy poo ala undi

Worst servicing, worst response towards the customer. Not even one and half year since I took this special edition access 125, so many repairs and problems with this bike, servicing is worst ever, if we call for any repair issue, they just pick up the phone and tell they will send their staff but they never show up and later they don't even respond. Worst worst experience. Don't ever go for Suzuki bikes. All these positive reviews are paid or are from their own employess I guess.

Service persons as well mechanic are well trained & know the subject in dept. But in store you will see spares scarcity always. They ask allways ask you to give order if you need some kind accessories ,like side mirrors etc.,
