Unresponsive and unreasonable I booked this property for August and due to a visa issue requested for a date change or a cancellation or a partial cancellation - the property owner doesnt respond to my calls or emails and short curt message saying they have too little business to support a late cancellation - late being 5 days before my trip. When booking they have a 1 week prior cancellation requirement and cancel your full payment amount vs. 1 night which is a reasonable thing to do. This inflexibility and behaviour is very disappointing and not expected from a Skona property :-(
