My wife and I to Viscount to purchase a first time caravan, not really sure about what we wanted, however the friendly reception we were given by Will, put us at ease, there was no hard sell and after giving some buying advice for first time buyers, Will left us to look around the caravans on site, after picking the one we wanted, Will showed us around the caravan in more detail. He then left us to decide on our own if we wanted to buy the caravan and after having queries answered we bought the caravan, the transaction was completed pleasantly and Will could not have been better or more helpful to deal with. At no time did I feel pressured into buying the caravan. On subsequent visits to Viscount to check over caravan etc all the Viscount staff were helpful and knowledgeable of the product. Thanks Viscount.

I went to the accessories shop today to swap out an old gas bottle and was delighted to see a whole range of great products and accessories. I was greeted by a very polite young man and was furtherly assisted by a very knowledgeable lady. I’d highly suggest having a browse.

Nice place to get accessories for my caravan, one of my two go-to places in fact. Well laid out with good selection of stock. Staff are friendly and polite. Store is well managed for COVID-19 safety. Plenty of free parking and easy accessible from the M27/A27.

The price we agreed mysteriously changed when we went to sign the paperwork and hard selling trying sell extras. They got nasty when we said it was not what we agreed. Stay clear. #################################################### I can't see a way to reply to the Viscount's reply to this so here is my reply: It looks like as well as being unable to keep to a deal you also have super powers! You did not inspect our caravan so how you came to the conclusion it was riddled with damp is amazing. Our caravan was only a few years old and was in showroom condition. The subsequent buyer is delighted with it. As for your behaviour, you yelled at us in a very menacing and threatening manner simply because we asked for our deposit back because you would not stick to the original deal. STAY WELL CLEAR of this company.
