Staff reasonably friendly. However the boat a Hanse 445 from 2012 was not ok. In general quite used, stanchions loose, anchor light not working, leak in the water pressure system, genoa stuck at the top so unusable for a week, interior cushions filthy. I don't think white cushions on a boat is a good idea, put covers perhaps? Also the dinghy was rather small, it was a 44ft and the dinghy was for 3 to max. 4 persons while you could sleep on the boat with 8. A little bigger would be better. After a week of blocked genoa sails and engine were good. Also I do appreciate they make the beds for you. Still, chartering a boat costs a lot so I do expect a quality product, meaning it should be in perfect working order. Note we received the boat at 5.15 pm on the Saturday so be aware when they say 5 pm in the contract chances are you will indeed have to wait. Not enough crew for cleaning? I've not experienced this elsewhere and charter quite often but 5 pm is stated in the contract I have to admit. Not 5.15 though. Next to the above I asked to fill up the fuel for us as the fuel station was closed when returning a day earlier, the charter company kindly agreed to do this, they did know in advance we would come back earlier so should have warned us about this in my opinion, I asked to get the amount via email so that I could transfer it. As I didn't hear anything I sent a reminder but no response. At the end they took it from my credit card deposit WITHOUT letting me know! This was not what was agreed. I do NOT appreciate people playing with my hard earned money at all hence will never rent with this company again.

Wonderful Yachting experience ! They guys managed our family holidays travel in Croatia through a luxury Sense 55 Yacht charter and we really enjoyed their Regatta services a lot. Their sailing yacht holiday prices were reasonable and worthy at all among other tour operators. Certainly we will visit again ! Thumbs up to them A
