Good showroom with efficient service and staff but no offers for new bikes. Showroom is good with pretty neatness and wide area good staff and safety. No discount . Overall good showroom with fine number of honda vehicles and new models with great features. Honda after division with Hero they had solid models like hornet,shine etc delivering products for customers need with great features and benefits. But no discount but fare or price is high compared to hero corporation

No one have a knowledge about Honda SP-125 futures (which is the working on sensors & futures) I visited for First service and I asked what kind of works done. I faced one mechanic he do not have basic knowledge, he told me replaced Ingine oil in free services only other wise no need repair. I asked about the futures to Seles manager Mohan, don't have knowledge and not on grip his staff simply escaping. Owners did not pay attention to employees L. His mobile number also not showing. Feedback from not giving. Service assistant not have knowledge.

Took my vehicle for 2nd free service, without touching my vehicle they told me service was completed, when confronted they said it was a mistake... then they just completed the service in less than 10 min time. Very unprofessional and cunning . Suggesting management to take care of these issues before it’s too late
