I called the dealership to talk to someone about a lease on a new Kia Sportage for my sons girlfriend. Brian Scorsone picked up the phone and took the time to answer all my questions, despite the fact that it was close to the dealership closing for the evening. I explained to him what we were looking for and he made the process simple and was very straight forward. After he and i talked numbers over the next day or so and discussed her trade, we came to an agreement. I explained to him that they would be coming all the way from Buffalo and there couldn’t be any surprises. He was a man of his word. Joe Porcaro was excellent as well, and handled the transaction for us once we arrived at the dealership. It is atypical that you find a dealership that works in this manner in this day and age. I look forward to dealing with these folks again, and my sons girlfriend is thrilled. with her new Sportage. Thank you guys. They said it was worth the drive from Buffalo.

I am a Ford guy, always have been. On a whim I stopped in to see what all the fuss was about with the Telluride. I was instantly excited about the vehicle and ended up buying one even though I was out that day looking at F-150's. On a scale of 1-10: Total experience - 8 People - 11 Telluride - 15! It's a small dealership which at first made me feel uneasy however as soon as I walked in the door the atmosphere set me at ease. Jason helped me with a test drive immediately and by answering the barrage of questions I had about the Telluride and the Kia brand. I felt like I was talking to an old friend which allowed me to relax and take my time. I asked a million questions about the vehicle. Jason answered every question and before I drove away with my new car he sat in the car with me and set everything up and showed me how everything worked. He even went so far as to take the land fill sticker off my truck and save it, in tact for reuse on the new vehicle. Truly a positive experience and I look forward to talking to Jason when I visit for my free oil changes and service appointments. The only reason I rated the total experience as an 8 out of 10 is because of the financing. I specifically asked them to go through Finger Lakes Federal Credit Union where I always finance my vehicles. They give me good rates and I am all set up with electronic transfers from my bank to make payments. When I came in to pick up the car they had financed me through a different bank and the interest rate was double what I was given on my previous truck loan. I was told that they couldn't use Finger Lakes Credit Union, it wasn't one of their banks. Other dealerships say, no problem, we'll just send them a purchase request. I will refinance the car for a better rate next week with Finger Lakes or my own bank, Alternatives Federal Credit Union. No biggie. All in all, great people, great experience, GREAT vehicle and Jason Rocks!
